Impersonating users for testing

When testing the behavior of a form, field, ACL, or nearly any other part of ServiceNow, it can almost always be of some use to impersonate another user. Impersonation is nothing illicit or nefarious in ServiceNow; it simply allows you to view the system from the perspective of another user. This perspective includes their user preferences, UI settings, and even their security context. A user's security context includes their roles, groups, and permissions; this way, you can see what the user would (and would not) see in the user interface.
