How to do it...

  1. Open a web browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer).
  2. Type the instance web address in the address bar.
  3. Log in to the Service-Now instance using the credentials.
  4. In left-hand search box, type reports and click on Report Ranges module under Administration section of report application:
