How to do it...

Open any standard web browser and type the instance address.
Log in to https://hi.service-now.com with the credentials, as shown here:

Access Hi- Account

After logging in, click on Manage Instances:

Now you will be able to see all the instances and their status. Now hover on the desired instance; let's suppose it's Production in case:
