Like the 4116, the 6116 contains a 128 x 128 memory cell matrix. Address lines A1 to A7
are fed to the row decoder while AO and A8 to A10 are fed to the column decoder. Eight data
lines (input and output) are derived from the column lines, which are themselves arranged in
groups of 16 (each group corresponding to one data bit).
