YOU MIGHT ASK why I want to share my own leadership point of view, so allow me to explain. In the Master of Science in Executive Leadership (MSEL) program at the University of San Diego, Ken and Margie Blanchard teach a course titled “Communicating Your Leadership Point of View.” This is where I learned about the research done by Noel Tichy.¹ It shows that:

Effective leaders have a clear, teachable leadership point of view and are willing to share it with and teach it to others.
