Creating Your SharePoint Project Checklist and Kickoff Plan

As with any good effort, the first thing you need to do is prioritize what you're going to do. Checklists are a great way to make sure you're able to prioritize and then adjust those priorities once you get more information. This lesson walks you through the most appropriate first steps.
