The Basics and Beyond

Throughout this book you have seen a number of examples in which we created various types of SharePoint artifacts and then deployed these artifacts to SharePoint. In most cases we were able to add these artifacts (lists, web parts, event receivers, etc.) to the project and then press F5 to package and deploy everything to SharePoint.
