In this chapter I’m going to show you how to curate your customers’ experiences, making their shopping journey unique to them. I look at how to offer some personal, one-to-one experiences to regular visitors to your site, but I also consider how personalization techniques can increase the chances of a visitor becoming a customer.
Website personalization comes in many forms. In this chapter, I focus in particular on how to bring your customers closer to the products that you know they’re interested in using machine learning, or artificial intelligence (AI).
