Choosing Menu and Dialog Box Options
A menu is a list of related commands or options, located at the top of the window. For example, the Edit menu contains commands for editing a document, such as Delete and Cut. You can right-click a word or object to open a shortcut menu, which contains menu commands related to the specific item. Clicking a menu command followed by an ellipsis (...) opens a dialog box (a specialized window), where you choose various options and provide information for completing the command.
