Designing responsive enabling user interface

As UI and UX designers, we are often faced with the challenge of how to add all of the controls and commands that are needed but, at the same time, keep the user interface clean and easy to grasp.

You can probably recall a number of different poorly designed property dialogs and pages cluttered with controls without a clear starting point or clear sense on how to proceed.
