Export option
The Export function is designed for exporting a bunch of images, as mentioned earlier, but it can also be used for a single file that you do not intend to work on immediately in Photoshop. The Export command is available is all modules, but the images must be in the same collection or folder. In other words, if you can see them in the Grid View or the Thumbnail they can be exported as a group. It’s pretty clear by now that Lightroom almost never gives you just one option to do something, and Export is no different.
The three methods are as follows:
1. Menu: File > Export
2. Keyboard Shortcut: Shift + Command (Mac) / Control (Windows) + E
3. Contextual Menu: Right mouse click > Export > Export
