As we have shown, the behavior of networks with innite buffers and equal probabilities of
message generation for all nodes (homogeneous activity) is consistent with Jackson’s theorem.
Hence, we expect a continuous transition to saturation with the critical exponent equal to 1, as
given by the mean-eld theory. Small deviations from the mean-eld theory observed in the
