In the next step, LS parameters are generated. First, LoS or NLoS propagation conditions are
chosen. They can be selected randomly for all terminals in the whole network; however, in the cali-
bration mode, the same LoS or NLoS propagation can also be chosen for all terminals. After setting
the LoS/NLoS conditions, an appropriate path loss formula is applied for each link.
Finally, LS parameters are generated for each link. The LS parameters are delay spread (DS),
angle of arrival spread (ASA), angle of departure spread (ASD), Rician K factor (K), and shadow
