As the author of a little ol’ book called Siri For Dummies — hey, you’re reading it right now! — you can bet I’m often asked what my favorite Siri tips are.

That’s not an easy request, actually, because there are so many great things “she” can do. All you have to do is ask.

Okay, but when I’m backed into a corner, I’ll own up that there are a few practical things I love to do with Siri. Sure, the silly ones are fun, as covered in Chapter 8, such as asking Siri where to hide a dead body or if she’ll marry me (I’m convinced one day Siri will just say “Oh, I’ll right then — if it means you’ll stop asking already”).

But the 10 Siri features I highlight in this chapter are my absolute favorites. And while we covered these elsewhere in the book, including clear instructions on how to pull it off, they’re all laid out here again for your convenience. You’re welcome; that’s what we’re here for.
