Digging Deeper

Many practitioners and experts in project management call for best practice solutions and strive for a kind of universally applicable excellence. During more than three decades in project management as a practitioner, a trainer, and occasionally a consultant, I have developed a deep distrust in these concepts, based on personal experience and observations from a distance.
