We are at the end of our integrated process flow at this point (see Figure 8.1). We have used our strategic processes, product portfolio renewal, and research and technology development to prepare projects with discipline and rigor for either normal, lean commercialization or Fast Track Project commercialization. Technical workflow design for launching, managing, adapting, and discontinuing commercialized projects is now our focus.
