Selection of Statistical Tools
While applying various statistical tools, it is essential to understand the type of data of the KPOV (Y) and KPIVs (Xs). I have often seen belts making the mistake of using incorrect tools. The matrix shown in Figure 12.1 may be useful in the selection of the appropriate tool.
