Accept and Act on Feedback
Accepting and implementing feedback is an imperative behavior for continued learning and growth. You may have heard someone say, “Feedback is a gift.” It is a gift because someone took the time to help you learn and grow. If you are new to your job, feedback lets you know whether you are learning what you need to be successful.
