Show Self-Awareness
Your self-awareness is the ability to understand and manage how your actions are perceived by others. Duval and Wicklund (1972) first proposed that self-awareness is actually made up of two parts. Internal self-awareness is your ability to understand your values, passions, and aspirations and how they align with your current surroundings, feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. External self-awareness is how well you identify how others perceive you.
