Lotus Notes

Notes has support for subject line-based filtering and blacklisting senders of messages. Both are available from the Rules menu of the main Notes screen and are covered next. Note that, similar to Domino, there is no way to filter on arbitrary headers. As a result, subject line modification must be used when deploying external anti-spam mechanisms.

Subject Line Filtering

Filtering in Notes is available by going to Tools==>Mail Rules. You can also use the Quick Rule screen, which is essentially a subset of the Mail Rules functionality, or open the Rules folder directly.
