Once the team and goal are in place, it’s time for the team to get together to discuss what PTO is and how best to implement it in your context. The central purpose of this chapter is to provide guidelines for this meeting. I have organized the chapter around a set of PowerPoint slides that present the key points that need to be raised in this meeting. I have intentionally tried to capture the key points on PowerPoint slides, to provide a template that can be adapted for use with your own team.
