10.1 Introduction
Farming in Rajasthan is barely successful. The main cause for the failure of farming techniques is the wrong predictions. These unforeseeable situations are forcing many of the farmers to even take their own lives as they are unable to bear the enormous losses. Hence, we need to keep the essential parameters of agriculture in our mind such as the soil quality and its water content.
