The world is witnessing rapid urbanization, hitherto unseen. Latest UN report [1] says that currently, more than 50/ the world population lives in cities, and this figure is expected to grow up to 70/ population growth, cities have embraced advanced information and communication technology (ICT)-based solutions to provide smart services to their citizens.
