In crowdfunding environment, in particular peer-to-peer (P2P) lending community, loan requests are often determined by the actual requested amount of funds and the maximum adopted rate of repayment; while investment offers are often influenced by the true offered amount of funds and the minimum accepted rate of repayment. One or more optimal combination solutions are often of interest to not only crowdfunding platform operators from both the platform’s sustainability and profitability perspectives, but researchers from broader portfolio optimization viewpoint.
