19 Lessons Learned
We recommend a simple “lessons learned” evaluation be conducted after every videoconference in which you participate—at least until you get to the point where you feel you no longer are learning anything new.
Even if you are an old pro at videoconferences, if you meet with a group of people who have varying degrees of virtual experience, conduct a “lessons learned” evaluation to enhance the learning experience for people who are new to videoconferencing.
