Summary

This chapter talked about how to mock up an application and included some example screens of the application that you build in this book. As discussed, prototyping helps you define the features of your applications and allows you to set scope. It’s much easier to build the application after you define this so you don’t lose time developing features after the fact.

In addition to prototyping this chapter also discussed:

HTML5 boilerplate structure

Laying out pages in a single HTML design

Using and detecting onHashChange events for navigation

PushState navigation
