1. The marketing concept

You might look up names of existing science fiction bookstores to spur your thinking, but don’t take one verbatim. In identifying customers, remember that most but not all of your inventory is science fiction, and you don’t want the rest to languish on the shelves.

Is the way to reach buyers of used books any different from that for books in general? Browse the websites of similar bookstores to see how they present themselves. Note what you like about them and what you dislike. This should help give you some direction.
