The relationship between business and government has long been that of the regulated and the regulator, the favor-asker and the favor-granter. But that's changing quickly. Companies are increasingly working with governments to solve social problems and, in doing so, generating valuable business benefits. The strategy of backdoor market entry included public-private partnerships that help businesses enter hard-to-reach markets.
