Post-Course

Once a month invite graduates to report out about implementing their new learning (you can set this up ahead of time). They can use a process they challenged, a behavior they tried, some success they experienced, or an unanticipated obstacle or outcome. If they developed an end-of-course action plan, ask them to record their progress on the blog. You can then serve as something of a performance consultant commenting on progress and coaching toward further accomplishment of goals.
If you have set up a blog as a course site, continue to post information, articles, videos, or other content to sustain the learning experience. Again, you can do this all at once and set the items to post automatically according to a schedule.
