I hope by now you’ve set up a Twitter account and, even better, tried some things out as you followed along with this book. Twitter is a fun tool for generating quick conversation, finding answers, sharing links, broadcasting thoughts, and supporting “chatter” during and after training events. It is less work for learners than trying to keep up with email-chain conversations about, for instance, what everyone is reading.
