An aside: Google Docs has another benefit for trainers. I travel a good deal so store my session PowerPoint programs, handouts, and other materials in Google Docs. Then when I travel, I can just access them anywhere I have an Internet connection. This has saved me several times, including once when an external USB drive failed, and another when I caught an error in a handout after arriving onsite to deliver the program.
