It’s hard to talk about measuring progress without raising the topic of efficiency. People being people, it’s hard to be satisfied with the status quo of the progress you’re making, particularly if you’re waiting on someone else. There’s always a nagging suspicion that more is possible. There seems to be no limit for demand. We want more, more, MORE!
