An ownership transfer exercise is a layered program. It needs to be viewed through two lenses: one focusing on execution and the other on change management.
The previous chapters talk about the implementation phase of the ownership transfer. Figure 14.1 provides a single view of the many different nodes to consider in this form of exercise.
