Clarify what matters – Explore criteria

So far, in Part 2 you have explored alternatives. This chapter shows you how to explore criteria that you can use to evaluate these alternatives. You will learn to identify what matters to you and to your stakeholders so that you can deliberately weigh off an alternative’s benefits and drawbacks. You’ll also learn how to prioritise criteria so that they best represent the group’s viewpoint.
