We can further see, in Figure 5-17, that the deleted record has been captured in
the history table with a SYS_END time set to the time that the DELETE
command was executed by DB2. The presence of this information in the history
table has many uses, including the ability to view the state of the information at a
particular point in time, and the ability to recover from errors.
