Time for action — removing the muted media clips

Although we have three tracks active, each edit is switching from one track to another as it comes across each edit. Our goal is to leave the active clip for each edit and remove the two remaining muted clips. Back in the Multicamera edit mode there was a function that does this for you automatically, but by doing it manually here it will give you a better understanding of what the automatic mode is doing for you:

  1. From the View menu, select the second icon from the bottom called Minimize All Tracks. It will look like this:
