Perhaps one of the most frequently asked questions is “How do I find volunteers for my A/V ministry?”

The key to getting volunteers starts with having a good team philosophy. People often watch for a while before getting involved in something. For instance, if they see the pastor chastise the sound engineer from the pulpit, odds are they are not going to want to put themselves in that same position.
