CHAPTER 28EVALUATION OF PAST PERFORMANCE

In evaluating past performance, members of the evaluation team, who are often a separate performance risk assessment group (PRAG), have some specific FAR guidance to take into account. FAR 15.305 provides:

• The government shall consider information obtained from an offeror and the customers identified by the offeror, as well as information obtained from any other sources, when evaluating an offeror’s past performance.
