As an executive creative director at Saatchi & Saatchi whose tenure extended almost two decades, the author, Paul Arden (1940–2008) was responsible for some of Britain’s most memorable and successful advertising campaigns. The topic covered in this chapter and articulated by this famous quote is one of the most valuable in the whole book.
