jects), and schizophrenic (10 subjects). T he pyramidal dataset is a hype rframe with 31 rows and
2 columns, the first Neurons consisting of the point patterns and the second group being the factor
which classifies the subjects into groups. Each point pattern is record ed in a unit square region; the
unit of measurem ent is unknown.
Figure 16.8 shows a plot of the pyramidal neurons data, with panel titles indicating th e grouping.
