Create a captivating storyteller’s voice
Most people don’t think much about how they speak until they think they’re doing it ‘wrong’, and then they often resign themselves to accepting it: ‘Yeah, I mumble a bit, I know.’ Thankfully you, dear reader, are mindful, self-aware, and capable of taking responsibility for how you’re being received. You are willing, nay, eager to adjust how you speak, and to try new things that may at first seem strange or out of character. As you go through the following exercises, you will realise that tiny changes to your speaking will seem huge to you, while remaining barely noticeable to anyone else.
