Six compass points on the way to TRUTH

Every moment we are with others, in person or virtually, we make choices about what to say and what not to. Whether to say it like it is, deliver a politically motivated point, enthusiastically speak up with an idea, or remain silent. We make choices about when to listen and when not to. Whether to empathise, intently learn, ignore, daydream, judge or prepare our next statement.

Over time, these choices form patterns and create habits.

Collectively, our individual habits coagulate and form cultural norms, political games, safe processes and dangerous ones, opportunities for creative insight and for straight-jacketed conformity in our workplaces, our communities and homes.
