Selecting and Deleting Field Contents
When working with the All Contact fields list on the last tab of a Contact form, Outlook won’t let
me edit the File As field, the names of e-mail entries, and several other fields. So, how do I select or
delete the contents of these fields?
Outlook won’t let you edit a handful of fields in this list; most of these are fields Outlook
generates automatically based on the contents of other fields. Use the General tab of the
Contact form to change this information.
