Chapter 18 Expert Text-Editing Techniques
Advanced Word users frequently find it easier to find the first instance of a particular piece
of text, change it if needed, and then close the dialog box. That way, you can click the Next
button (just below the Select Browse Object button) or press Ctrl+Page Down, or Shift+F4
to find the next instance. Closing the dialog box clears clutter off the screen, and you can
better see what you’re doing. You can also quickly edit the found text without having to
click outside the dialog box, and then press Ctrl+Page Down to continue searching. You can
