Then Word updates the {Keywords} field, inserting the keywords typed by the user into the
Keywords box in File Properties. Unfortunately, the result of the {Fillin} field will show in
the new document. Fortunately, you can use the {Seq} field to hide it. To prompt the user
for keywords in a new document, all you need is this nested field in the template:
{Seq \h {Keywords {Fillin “Please provide document keywords:”}}}
You can do the same for any of the file properties listed with an asterisk in Table 22.5 earlier
in this chapter.
