4. Have Word merge to a new document. You’ll probably want to print in duplex style—
that is, using both sides of each sheet of paper. To do so, choose File, Print, and select
the Manual Duplex check box in the Print dialog box.
Advanced Mail Merge Techniques
Mail merge works by using Word fields specially designed for implementing a merge. To see
those fields, open a main merge document and press Alt+F9, or choose Tools, Options; click
the View tab; and check the Field Codes box (see Figure 23.9).
