Use drop-down lists in the Condition section to compare the cell values with the contents of
another cell, a value, or a formula. For example, you could define a condition Cell Value Is
Greater Than or Equal to 20000, and Excel would apply the special formatting if the value
is 30,000 but leave the standard format in place if the value is only 15,000. If you enter a
formula in this box, it must use a logical function that evaluates to True or False. For most
garden-variety conditions, you should choose Cell Value Is.
