Storing Multiple Scenarios in a Single Workbook
■ To share a worksheet and protect it in one operation, select Tools, Protection, Protect
and Share Workbook, and click the Sharing with Track Changes check box. If you also
specify a password in this dialog box, no one will be able to remove sharing unless they
supply the correct password.
■ To protect a worksheet that is already shared, choose Tools, Protection, Protect Shared
Workbook, and select the Sharing with Track Changes box. This option does not allow
you to specify a password.
