Making Forms Easier to Use
A well-designed form makes data entry easier and more accurate, especially when you want
other people to enter data into a database. By limiting the data the user sees, carefully
arranging input boxes, and providing explanatory text, you can guide the user through the
data-entry process.
A form can include as many as five sections. The data itself typically appears in the Details
