Chapter 39 Publisher Essentials
If you select an existing Publisher table and then choose Edit, Paste Special, you have two
additional options, Table Cells With Cell Formatting and Table Cells Without Cell
Formatting, which insert the data from the Word table into your Publisher table. If the data
you’re trying to paste takes up more room than is available in your existing table, Publisher
offers to expand the selection to accommodate the copied cells.
